To reduce a labor load of placing ready-mixed concrete at a site for operating a front hose for placing ready-mixed concrete by mainly devising the front hose and improving workability.

The front hose 13 for placing ready-mixed concrete is equipped at the end of a pipe line H for transferring ready-mixed concrete disposed to be supported by a boom device in a concrete pumping vehicle and has flexibility for discharging and placing ready-mixed concrete. A hose inner diameter becomes continuously reduced from a hose base side end 13n toward a hose tip 13s and a diameter-reduction rate of a change Q which is a diameter reduction value per hose unit length is set within a range of 0.0003 to 0.001.
