Abstract:
To reduce colliding energy of a collision object with a short stroke.SOLUTION: A front panel is formed of a three-layer structure. An intermediate layer 12 of the front panel has: a reinforced area 14 made of net-like fiber-reinforced resin; and a plurality of non-reinforced area 15 in a plurality of net meshes 17 of the reinforced area 14. The reinforces area 14 is a glass long fiber mat reinforced thermoplastic rein formed by impregnating ABS resin through a glass fiber mat 16 that is a non-woven cloth formed in a mat shape by intertwining relatively long glass fibers 18. The plurality of non-reinforced areas 15 are composed of the ABS resin that fills the plurality of net meshes 17 of the honeycomb-like reinforced area 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
