SOLUTION: A side member 2, a reinforcement 7 and a close plate are divided in longitudinal direction, a front member 21 and a rear member 22 are connected to each other through member connection parts 23 overlapped with each other at a specified length in longitudinal direction, a front reinforcement 3 and a rear reinforcement 4 are connected to each other through reinforcement connection parts 5 overlapped with each other at a specified length in longitudinal direction, and close plates for closing the openings at the upper ends of the front member 21 are connected to each other through dose plate connection part 222 formed of a front close plate 211 and a rear close plate 221 overlapped at a specified length in longitudinal direction. The connection parts are disposed at longitudinally overlapped positions, and a suspension mounting bracket 6 is connected to the side member 2 at a portion where the reinforcement connection part 5 is disposed across the side member 2 from an upper side.
