Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive controller for front/rear-wheel drive vehicle which can make the assistance from an electric motor to be made smoothly, without causing torque level differences, when a front/rear-wheel drive vehicle is accelerated and, accordingly, can secure proper accelerability and drivability. SOLUTION: This drive controller is provided with a target driving force calculating means 11 for an electric motor 4, which calculates the target driving force FCMD-MOT of the motor 4, based on the target driving force FCMD of the vehicle 2, a target driving force calculating means 11 for an engine 3 which calculates the target driving force FCMD-ENG of the engine 3 based on the target driving forces FCMD and FCMD-MOT of the vehicle 2 and motor 4, and motor driving means 10 and 11 which drive the motor 4 based on the target driving force FCMD-MOT of the motor 4. The controller is also provided with a motor drive permitting means 11, which permits the drive of the motor 4 by means of the motor driving means 10 and 11, when the variation dFCMD of the target driving force FCMD of the vehicle 2 is a prescribed value dFCMD- AST or larger, and also when the variation dFCMD is smaller than the prescribed value dFCMD-AST, when the speed ratio ETR of a torque converter 5a is smaller than a reference speed ratio ETR-CTRL1.
