To provide a front and rear wheel driving force distribution device capable of simply and exactly distributing driving force to a front wheel and a rear wheel, and a control device.SOLUTION: A front and rear wheel driving force distribution device 20 is equipped with a center differential portion 30 that distributes and outputs rotational torque inputted from a transmission 6 to propeller shafts 8 and 10 on a front side and a rear side, and a differential restricting portion 40 that is equipped with a first clutch 41 and a second clutch 47. The propeller shaft 10 on the rear side, if the second clutch i47 is fastened by a second piston 49, is configured to rotate in a speed-increasing state as compared with a case that the first clutch 41 is fastened by the first piston 44. A one-way clutch 50 provided between the first clutch 41 and the propeller shaft 10 on the rear side, if the rotation speed of the first clutch 41 is as the same as or faster than the rotation speed of the propeller shaft 10 on the rear side, connects them, and idles if it is lower.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
