Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent an inner circumferential part of an oil seal from making partial contact with the end of a seal sliding contacting shaft part at the time of installing a front retainer.
CONSTITUTION: This front retainer installing jig 30 is made up of a cylinder body of an inner diameter slightly larger than an outer diameter of a spline part 12b in an input shaft 12 and an outer diameter larger as far as a specified value than an outer diameter of a cylindrical part 22b of a front retainer 22, and it is provided with a mounting hole 30a of an inner diameter slightly larger than the outer diameter 22b at one side, and being fitted detachably at a tip of the cylindrical part 22b by this mounting hole 30a.
