Abstract:
PURPOSE: To perform light, rapid, and easy shift by means of a light operation force by providing a mechanism wherein movement is sensed and a chain is re-hooked to a larger front gear by means of a rotation force only through movement of a chain to the large front gear side by operation of a front derailer.
CONSTITUTION: The rotation forces of three front gears 1, 2, and 3 are transmitted to a rear wheel drive gear 6 by means of a chain 5 to perform shift drive. In this case, a front speed change device A by a front derailer 10 and a shift operation device B having a shift operation tool 20 are provided. A plurality of chain re-hooking devices 17... arranged in the peripheral direction of a middle front gear 2, a plurality of chain lock spikes 18... arranged in the peripheral direction of a large front gear 1, and a stepped part D which forms second and third press parts 11b and 11c at an inner guide plate 11 are provided. Further, a re-hooking mechanism E is formed wherein movement of the front gear is sensed while the front derailer 10 is being brought into non-contact with the chain 5.
