PURPOSE: To identify information on product names, series number, etc., by an optical reader and to permit visual reading of the information as well by displaying continuous numbers of a specific range and forming optically readable binarizing means in the positions respectively corresponding to the respective number displays.
CONSTITUTION: This front surface plate 2 for an electronic circuit package which is fixed to the end which is front surface side is displayed with the continuous numbers from 1 to n (n>0) on the front surface side of the front surface plate 2 for the electronic circuit package and is formed with the optically readable binarizing means in the positions respectively corresponding to the respective number displays at the time of exchanging the electronic circuit package. As a result, the state in which the electronic circuit package is previously added with the information on the names, production thereof, etc., is attained. The front surface plate 2 for the electronic circuit package is mounted on the casing after the front surface plate is fixed to the end of the electronic circuit package which is the front surface side at the time of exchanging the electronic circuit package. The optically readable binarizing means converts the presence or absence of rectangular recessed parts to binarizing information.
