This front wheel brake device for a motorcycle is provided with two brake disks fittable on both sides of the front wheel of the motorcycle, and the brake disks are loaded by the hydraulic transmission type braking force via the action of a manual brake lever 1 fitted to the handle bar of the motorcycle. Each brake disk is arranged with a peculiar brake circuit having two cylinder piston units 2, 3, both cylinder piston units 2, 3 are located in parallel in a common casing 4, and brake plungers 5, 6 of both cylinder piston units 2, 3 are connected to the manual brake lever 1 so that both brake plungers 5, 6, i.e., both brake disks, are concurrently operated when the manual brake lever 1 is operated.
