To surely catch the front wheel of a bicycle by a hook member by mounting a rotating member which is rotated by the contact with the front wheel of the bicycle getting into a rail, member, bringing the hook member rotatably mounted thereon into contact with the rail member side to rotate it inward, thereby holding the caught state of the front wheel.
A connecting plate 20 is rotatably mounted on an outer frame 3 mounted on a wheel passage (rail member) 4 set substantially horizontally through a rotating shaft 21. A rotating shaft 11 is raised on the side of the connecting plate 20, and a lock claw (hook member) 10 is rotatably mounted on the rotating shaft 11. The connecting plate 20 is rotated around the rotating shaft 21 integrally with a tread (rotating member) 2 with which the front wheel of a bicycle makes contact and the lock claw 10. Thus, when the front wheel of the approaching bicycle presses the tread 2, the lock claw 10 is rotated in the rotating direction of the tread 2, the bottom edge having the smallest dimension of the substantially right-angled triangular lock claw 10 makes contact with the rear contact part 30 of the outer frame 3, and the lock claw 10 is further rotated forward together with the tread 2 to catch and fix the front wheel.
