Abstract:

To provide a front wheel removing mechanism for a motorcycle where by a front wheel can be quickly and easily mounted and removed while suppressing an opposed interval to a minimum limit of a front fork.

A mechanism is constituted by fork main units 12A, 13A not turntable supporting a pair of right/left front forks 12, 13 by a frame and axle holders 12B, 13B turnably mounted in a lower end part of the fork main unit 12A, 13A also insertion holding a front axle, relating to the axle holder 12B, 13B of the front fork 12,13, a caliper 23,24 is fixed, in a fender bracket 21,28 turnably mounted in the front fork 12,13, a front fender 29 is fixed, an energizing member 30,31, energizing the caliper 23, 24 so as to turn to the outward from in the vicinity of a setting position of a side surface of a brake disk 17, 18, is fixed to the fender bracket 27, 28.
