To provide a sticking tool and a sticking method, simply sticking a film to a window pane of an automobile, using a wrapping film put in a paper case and widely put on the market as a frost and snow adhesion preventing film to the window pane of the automobile.

A wrapping film 5 is wound round an elongated roll and stored in a square tube-like paper case 1. A shaft rod 8 provided with a grip 7 at one end is passed through the center of the edge face of the paper case and inserted in a hollow hole of the roll. While the end of the wrapping film 5 stored in the paper case 1 is drawn out, the film is stuck to the window pane of the automobile.
