Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frozen beverage dispenser which enables easy cleaning operation of a component in a cooling cylinder and can achieve cleaning operation excellent sanitarily without a manual decomposition cleaning process.SOLUTION: A frozen beverage dispenser includes a frozen beverage manufacturing button 97 for manufacturing a frozen beverage by stirring a beverage while freezing the beverage, and a cleaning button 98 for cleaning an interior of a cooling cylinder by calcareous water which is generated by stirring water and carbon dioxide gas while cooling both. When the frozen beverage manufacturing button 97 is pressed, a beverage is fed into the cooling cylinder and is stirred while being frozen to manufacture a frozen beverage. When the cleaning button 98 is pressed, water and carbon dioxide gas are fed into the cooling cylinder and are stirred while being cooled to generate calcareous water, and the cooling cylinder is cleaned by the generated calcareous water.
