Abstract:
To provide a frozen beverage in which the taste can be adjusted in a thawing process.SOLUTION: Provided is a frozen beverage containing tara gum and one or more selected from the group consisting of xanthan gum, carrageenan and tamarind seed polysaccharide. Tara gum preferably is contained at 0.01 to 0.3 wt.% based on the total weight of the frozen beverage, and the one or more selected from the group consisting of xanthan gum, carrageenan and tamarind seed polysaccharide preferably be contained at 0.01 to 0.2 wt.% based on the total amount of the frozen beverage.SELECTED DRAWING: None
