Abstract:
To thaw a frozen bun by using irradiation with high-frequency wave in a short time without temperature difference.
In this bun 1 comprising a bun dough 2 and an ingredient 3, the surface of the ingredient 3 is provided with unevenness to enlarge the surface area. Since a surface to receive irradiation with high-frequency wave is enlarged by the constitution and the thickness of the ingredient 3 can be reduced, a thawed bun can be obtained in a short time slight in temperature difference.
