This frozen dessert feeder is such one that a water droplet holding part 29 holding water droplets dropping in the cylinder 14 is set on the upper surface of a piston body 25 and a piston tip member 33 with an icing member 34 extending to the water droplet holding part 29 is detachably set on the piston body 25. Water droplets held in the water droplet holding part 29 freeze and attache to the icing member 34 to form bound ice pieces 38. The ice pieces 38 bound to the icing member 34 are taken out to the outside of the cylinder 14 through removing the piston tip member 33 and the icing member 34 from the piston body 25 when changing packed frozen dessert 17.
