To provide a frozen food package which can be effectively heated, thawed and cooked in a microwave oven and the food of which can be taken while a container is held with hands as it is by receiving frozen food having a recess in the vicinity of the center in an outer vessel having an opening on an upper part and sealing the opening with a lid material.

Frozen food 2 is held in a paper-made outer vessel 1, and an inner lid 4 of a plastic molding equipped with a molded portion 5 approximately at the center is put over an opening on an upper part of the outer vessel 1 so that the molded portion 5 aligns with a recess of the frozen food 2. An auxiliary utensil 6 such as a fork can be put in the molded portion 5 of the inner lid 4, the utensil is removed before heating and used for eating. A lid material 7 is put over an upper surface of the inner lid 4, and peripheral portions are hermetically sealed with a periphery of the outer vessel 1. Therefore, when the frozen food 2 as it is in the outer vessel 1 is heated in a microwave oven, distances from an internal wall of the outer vessel 1 to the center of the food 2 are approximately the same, and the food can be uniformly heated in a short time.
