The frozen food tray 30 is provided with the following: a first intermediate face 33A and a second intermediate face 33B; recessed places 32A, 32B recessed from the intermediate faces 33A, 33B; a surrounding wall 34 rising from the peripheral parts of the intermediate faces 33A, 33B; and a flange part 35 forming the upper end part of the surrounding wall 34. Eight recessed places 32, in total, comprising every four sets in two rows respectively and lying in parallel in a long-side direction are formed in all directions. Four lower-bottom-face recessed places 32A at both end sides of the rows are recessed from the first intermediate face 33A at both end sides of the rows. Four higher-bottom-face recessed places 32B at the center sides of the rows are recessed from the second intermediate face 33B. The bottom faces of the higher-bottom-face recessed places 32B are located each at a position above the bottom face of the lower-bottom-face recessed place 32A. The microwave is passed through the space below the higher-bottom-face recesses 32B to heat the recesses 32B.
