Abstract:

To provide a frozen food with seasoning liquid excellent in appearance, taste and palate feeling and good appearance after cocking, and easily thawing/heat cocking without uneven thawing, and to provide a method for producing the same.

The frozen food with seasoning liquid comprises a frozen clod of noodle 1 and a clod of seasoning liquid 2 with a size smaller than that of the noodle 1 in plane vies and placed on the center of the noodle 1. The clod of the seasoning liquid 2 is in a state partially caved in the noodle clod 1 by its own weight.
