Abstract:

To improve the physical properties on strength and heat resistance of this material by a method wherein a matrix, in which the specified percentage of a second nylon-based resin made of crystalline polyamide resin, which is obtained through the polycondensation reaction between a methaxylene diamine and an adipic acid, is included to a first nylon-based resin, is employed.

An FRTP forming material 1 is formed in a ribbon tape-like one by sandwiching a reinforcing fiber stock 2 such as glass fiber or the like between films 3 and 3 for feeding matrix resin made of thermoplastic resin and thermowelding (a) both the end edge parts 3a and 3a. Further, the films 3 and 3 are made of mixed resin, which contains 30-80 wt.% of a second nylon- based resin made of crystalline polyamide resin, which is obtained through the polycondensation reaction between a methaxylene diamine and an adipic acid, is included to a first nylon-based resin made of nylon 6.
