Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fryer capable of efficiently heating cooking oil, with a simple structure.SOLUTION: Respective side walls 18 of a first oil tank 11 comprise: a first side face part 18a which extends from an upper end downward, in an almost vertical state; an inclination face part 18b which is inclined downward so as to come close to other side wall 18 as going downward from a lower end of the first side face part 18a; and a second side face part 18c which extends from an inclination lower end of the inclination face part 18b downward in an almost vertical state. On outside of the inclination face part 18 and the second side face part 18c, side exhaust passages 31 extending along the side wall 18 by both face parts 18b, 18c and heat insulation materials 29, 30, are defined. Heating air which is circulated in the side exhaust passages 31 contacts outer faces of the inclination face parts 18b and the second side face parts 18c, then exchanges heat with the cooking oil, for heating the cooking oil.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
