Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel atomization device capable of promoting atomization of fuel without using any actuator.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a fuel atomization device comprising an intake passage 25 where intake air flows in a specified direction and connected to a combustion chamber and an injector 37 for injecting fuel toward the intake passage 25. Fuel injected to a cylinder 41 arranged at the intake passage 25 and having a center line A2 arranged along an air flowing direction, a hole 46 arranged to pass through the cylinder 41 in its thickness direction and connecting inside and outside of the cylinder 41 and the intake passage 25 advances into the cylinder 41 together with air, and then the fuel is discharged out of the cylinder 41 and atomized and further atomized when the fuel passes through the hole 46 together with the air.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
