Abstract:
To provide a fuel battery cell and a cell stack device that suppress deterioration caused by Cr from a manifold.SOLUTION: A fuel battery cell (100) of the present invention includes a lower end (101) supported by a manifold (200) formed from material containing Cr, the fuel battery cell comprising: a support board (110) including an external surface (112) extending vertically and a lower end surface (116) continuous to a lower end of the external surface (112); a power generation element part (120) that is provided on the external surface (112) and includes a fuel electrode (130), electrolyte (140), and air electrode (150); and a coating part (170) that covers at least part of the lower end surface (116) and is constituted by a compound containing Cr.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
