PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel battery that can reduce the cost of a collector plate and simplify the construction of the collector plate.SOLUTION: A collector plate 14a is cut to be erected in an outward direction of the lamination direction of a cell laminate 12a or to the outer peripheral side of the collector plate 14a. A cut-and-erected piece which is cut and erected from the main body of the collector plate 14a is configured as a connection terminal 15a whose tip is exposed to the outside of an end plate 13a. In a hole 17a formed in the main body of the collector plate 14a by the cut-and-erection is disposed a fitting portion for reducing the difference between the face pressure acting on the cell laminate 12a located at a portion confronting the hole 17a and the face pressure acting on the cell laminate 12a located at a portion confronting the periphery of the hole 17a, thereby forming a fuel battery stack A101. The outer shape of the collector plate 14a is simplified, and the collector plate 14a and the connection terminal 15a are formed integrally with each other, so that the face pressure of the cell laminate 12a can be uniformly kept, the cost of the collector plate 14a can be reduced and the construction of the collector plate 14a can be simplified.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
