Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system that can prevent dryness caused by excessive air supply while securing durability and abrasion resistance of an air compressor having an air foil bearing for supplying air to a fuel battery.SOLUTION: A fuel battery system structure has a flow rate sensor 100 for checking an air flow amount flowing into a fuel battery system 300, an air compressor 200 for compressing air and supplying the compressed air to the fuel battery system 300, and a backpressure adjusting valve 400 provided to an air discharge flow path of the fuel battery system 300. When the required rotational number of the air compressor 200 which is required to supply a demand air amount of the fuel battery system 300 is smaller than the minimum rotational number which is required for an air foil bearing of the air compressor 200 to function as an air bearing, the air compressor 200 is operated at the minimum rotational number, and the backpressure adjusting valve 400 is controlled so that the air amount supplied to the fuel battery system 300 is matched with the demand air amount of the fuel battery system 300.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
