To provide a fuel cell device for enhancing the exhausting performance of produced water.
The fuel cell device includes an anode gas supply part for supplying anode gas to an anode of a fuel cell, a pressure adjusting part adjusting pressure of the anode gas, a pressure setting part for setting first upper limit pressure and first lower limit pressure as the target pressure of the anode gas according to generated energy requirement to the fuel cell, and a control part amplifying pressure between the set first upper limit pressure and the set first lower limit pressure by controlling the pressure adjusting part. Accumulated water amount accumulated in the anode is detected with an accumulated water amount detecting means S41, and the accumulated water amount is the prescribed amount or more, S42, YES, and the pressure setting part sets the first upper limit pressure and second lower limit pressure lower than the first lower limit pressure, S45. The control part amplifies the pressure between the first upper limit pressure and the second lower limit pressure, S45.
