Abstract:

To actuate a gas turbine 4 at the greatest expansion ratio.

An exhaust gas made of heat recovery at an air heater 11 to heat the air to be supplied to an SOFC 1 is expanded at the gas turbine 4, and sent to a waste heat recovery boiler 6, and a potential heat of the exhaust gas of the gas turbine 4 is recovered by the waste heat recovery boiler 6. This enables the gas turbine 4 to be actuated at the greatest expansion ratio, and the gas turbine 4 is actuated in a condition balanced to the capacity, and output is enhanced to improve efficiency.
