Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing method of a fuel cell and the fuel cell that prevent a separator from being destroyed or deformed in a post-process by suppressing the curing of an adhesive in a state where the adhesive is piled up around a connection groove hardened portion without causing excessive or insufficient suction in a step of pre-hardening the connection groove hardened portion.SOLUTION: In a manufacturing method of a fuel cell 100 according to the present disclosure, at least a fuel gas supply connection groove hardened portion 141 is heat-pressurized; the temperature distribution of an adhesive 112 is controlled such that the temperature of the adhesive 112 drops sharply from the fuel gas supply connection groove hardened portion 141 to a fuel gas supply connection groove hardened portion periphery 163 by cooling the fuel gas supply connection groove hardened portion periphery 163 to make only the adhesive 112 near a fuel gas supply connection groove hardened portion 162 flow and be removed by suction. As a result, the adhesive 112 is prevented from curing in a state in which the adhesive 112 is piled up in the fuel gas supply connection groove hardened portion periphery 163 without causing an excess or deficiency of the suction amount, thereby preventing breakage or deformation of the separator in a post-process.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
