Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell power plant which contributes to the miniaturization of a plant as a whole, while achieving environmental harmony with the surroundings by providing a cooler of low noise, low vibration and small size.
SOLUTION: A cooling fan 10a of a cooler 10 is electrically connected to an inverter 16, a rotating speed command unit 17 and a schedule controlling unit 18. The inverter 16 is a circuit for driving the cooling fan 10a at a variable speed. The rotating speed command unit 17 is constituted in such a manner as to command the rotating speed of the cooling fan 10a. The schedule controlling unit 18 is arranged such that a load of the cooler 10 according to a time zone of a day is set. The cooling fan 10a is driven at a high rotating speed during daytime, while it is driven at a low rotating speed at night.
