Abstract:
To provide a fuel battery cell stack which can suppress the delamination of a cathode, even if a sealant is partially broken and a cross leak is caused.SOLUTION: A fuel battery cell stack 1 comprises: a fuel battery cell 2 including an anode 21, a solid electrolyte layer 22 and a cathode 24; a metal frame 3 for supporting a peripheral edge of the fuel battery cell 2; a sealant 4 for sealing between the peripheral edge of the fuel battery cell 2 and the frame 3; and a delamination-suppressing layer 5 in contact with a peripheral end 240 of the cathode 24. The cathode 24 has an oxide including an element which can be at least partially substituted with Cr. The delamination-suppressing layer 5 includes a Cr-containing oxide including Cr, or a precursor which turns into a Cr-containing oxide owing to power generation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
