Abstract:
To prevent a turbo type compressor from operating in a request operation point which cannot be achieved.SOLUTION: A fuel cell system comprises: a fuel battery; a turbo type compressor supplying an oxidation gas to the fuel battery; a pressure regulator regulating a pressure of the oxidation gas in the fuel battery; and a control part that controls an operation of the turbo type compressor and the pressure regulator. When setting a request operation point of the turbo type compressor by a target flow amount and a target pressure ratio, the control part sets the target pressure ratio to the minimum pressure ratio corresponding to the target flow amount or more by using a pre-set operation characteristic to which the minimum pressure ratio as the minimum value of a pressure ratio achievable to the flow amount dischargable from the turbo type compressor. If the predetermined condition that it is has to be determined that it is difference from the minimum pressure ration in the pre-set operation characteristic is established, the minimum pressure ratio in the actual operation characteristic is updated by using the minimum value f the pressure ratio in the actual operation characteristic.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
