Abstract:
To accurately judge a drying state of a polymer film of a fuel cell in a simple system.
A temperature sensor 15 is arranged in the vicinity of a ventilating outlet 14 of a stack case 12 housing the fuel cell 11. A ventilating device 13 for ventilating inside the stack case 12 is activated before starting the fuel cell 11, and a drying state of the polymer film 1 of the fuel cell 11 is estimated by a detected value of the temperature sensor 15 at that time, or more concretely, by the inclination of the time change of the detected value up to the time when the detected value of the temperature sensor 15 reaches an initial peak.
