To provide a normal pressure operated type fuel cell system in which discharge pressure of an air supplying source can be reduced by a simple and convenient constitution, and to provide a vehicle mounted with that fuel cell system.
In a first tubular part 51 in an exhaust promoting member 50, a current speed of an air current made to flow in the exhaust promoting member 50 from an inlet side opening increases accompanying reduction of a cross-sectional area of the first tubular part 51. On the other hand, in a second tubular part 52, the current speed increased in the first tubular part 51 is reduced accompanying the increase of the cross-sectional area. As a result, by a synergetic action of static pressure reduction by the first tubular part 51 and static pressure recovery by the second tubular part 52, a suction action of exhaust to an exhaust tube 20 occurs, and discharge of an exhaust air from an exhaust tube 20 is promoted.
