To achieve prompt warming up of a power storage means in a low temperature environment while suppressing consumption of power in a vehicle system having a fuel cell and a power storage means.
A warming-up device 5 having an adsorbent 53 filled into a reaction tube 51 arranged in contact with a secondary battery 2 is installed in a vehicle system having a fuel cell 1 and the secondary battery 2. A control device 6 supplies the exhaust air including steam of the fuel cell 1 into the reaction tube 51 based on a detection result of a temperature sensor 21 at the time of starting under freezing point, and warms up the secondary battery 2 by heat generation of the adsorbent 53. At the time of shut-down of the system, the cooling water including exhaust heat of the cooling system 4 is introduced into a branch piping 7 arranged in contact with the reaction tube 51, and the adsorbent 53 is regenerated.
