PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell system capable of suppressing secondary battery power over.SOLUTION: A fuel cell system 10 including a fuel cell 11 and a secondary battery 16 connected in parallel therewith charges the secondary battery 16 with power from the fuel cell 11, and when a charge permission power P16p of the secondary battery 16 is limited, the secondary battery 16 is charged with a power higher than the power of the secondary battery 16 before being limited, and higher than the charge permission power P16p.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
