Abstract:
To prevent an excessive load from being applied to a gear and a stopper, while surely closing a butterfly valve.SOLUTION: A fuel cell system includes a fuel cell stack, a sealing valve, and a control device. The sealing valve includes a motor, a gear, a valve body, an opening degree sensor, a stopper, and a driving device. When the sealing valve is fully closed, the control device gradually reduces the opening degree of the valve body by driving the motor by the driving device. When the opening degree which is detected by the opening degree sensor becomes smaller than a predetermined threshold value, the control device drives the motor for a set time of an allowable time or shorter, and then stops the motor. The allowable time is the time in which the motor is allowed to be driven in a direction in which the opening degree of the valve body decreases in a state in which the gear and the stopper are in contact with each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
