To improve the low-temperature starting performance of a fuel-cell vehicle by surely preventing water from being frozen in an exhaust gas channel.
The fuel-cell vehicle driving a driving motor for traveling by electricity generated by a fuel cell 1 loaded on the vehicle includes exhaust gas channels 19, 35, 37 in each of which exhaust gas exhausted from the fuel cell 1 is circulated, a circulation channel 51 which is arranged at the exhaust gas channels 19, 35, 37 so as to freely transmit heat and in which a heat medium is circulated, an electric heater 45 heating a heat transfer medium by consuming electricity generated by the fuel cell 1, and a control device 60 controlling electricity conduction to the electric heater 45. The heat transfer medium heated by the electric heater 45 can warm up the exhaust gas channels 19, 35, 37.
