To prevent retention of liquid water in a deformation prevention part of a separator of a fuel battery.SOLUTION: A fuel battery comprises a separator and a thermoplastic resin sheet. The separator and the thermoplastic resin sheet are laminated with each other. A part of the thermoplastic resin sheet is deposited to the separator to form a deposition line. The separator includes a channel part and a deformation prevention part. The thermoplastic resin sheet includes an opening for holding a MEGA. The channel part and the opening for holding a MEGA are located to overlap each other. The deformation prevention part is between the deposition line and the channel part. The deformation prevention part has a plurality of projections projecting toward the thermoplastic resin sheet. The plurality of projections are not deposited to the thermoplastic resin sheet.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
