To supply fuel for at least a short time without a pump generating necessary pressure in order to push out fuel without a pump by a means for changing the capacity of a fuel chamber in relation to inner pressure.
For supplying fuel without a pump, fuel is mechanically pushed out from a fuel container by a mechanism in a fuel container. Necessary pressure is acted on fuel by for example, spring force, tension of elastic diaphragm, or compressed gas cushion. Namely, a flow-in path 2 and a flow-out path 4 are disposed in a cylindrical fuel container 1 to make fuel flow in and flow out. A fuel chamber 10 is formed of an inner wall 9 of the fuel container 1, an end wall 8, and a movable intermediate wall 6. The intermediate wall 6 is shape-connectedly formed to the inner wall 9, and a space between the combustion chamber 10 and a residual chamber 11 is sealed. A spring 7 is disposed between the intermediate wall 6 and the other end wall of the fuel container 1 in the chamber 11, and pressure is generated directed toward the fuel chamber 10 by the spring 7.
