Abstract:

To provide a fuel cut control device for an internal combustion engine which correctly executes fuel cut control without using a throttle sensor.

This device is provided with: an intake tube inner pressure maximum value detecting part 2C to detect the maximum value of intake tube inner pressure in one combustion cycle of an internal combustion engine 1; a fuel cut/restart timing detecting part 2D to detect timing when the detected intake tube inner pressure maximum value becomes smaller than a set fuel cut start determining value as fuel cut control start timing, and to detect timing when the intake tube inner pressure maximum value becomes over a set fuel supply restart determining value higher than the set fuel cut start determining value as fuel supply restart timing; and a fuel supply control part 2E to control supply of fuel to start the fuel cut control at the fuel cut control start timing, and to restart supply of fuel at the fuel supply restart timing.
