PURPOSE: To fix the inserting width of pipe and to prevent error when assembling by forming the tips of round pipes into a shape along the inner peripheral surface of socket, forming a build-up part on the outer surface of round pipes and brazing along the build-up part.
CONSTITUTION: The shape of the tips 15, 16 of pipes 11, 12 is finished into the shape along the inner peripheral surface of a pipe 20 on the other side. And, the build-up parts 17, 18 are formed at a equal distance to the wall thickness of the pipe 20 from the tips and the tip side of this build-up part is made so as to be brought into tight contact with the outer surface of the pipe 20. The socket and round pipe are fixed by brazing or welding along the build-up part. In this way, clearance isn't provided in the juncture of the scket with a communication vessel and the high qualidly and durability are maintained.
