To provide a fuel evaporation gas treating device that certainly shields leakage of fuel, simplifies mounting of piping, and reduces variation of components.
This fuel evaporation gas treating device comprises a lower valve casing 62, an upper valve casing 63 disposed over the lower valve casing 62, a float 64 disposed in the lower valve casing 62, a valve part 65 disposed on the float 64, a valve port 66 disposed between the lower valve casing 62 and the upper valve casing 63 for being opened or closed by the valve part 65, a bent passage part 67 disposed in the upper valve casing 63, and a space 68 provided between the bent passage part 67 and the valve port 66. The valve part of the float moving vertically depending on a liquid level of the fuel tank opens or closes the valve port, thereby communicating the inside of the fuel tank with the bent passage part 67. A communication opening 70 is provided in a partition wall 69 for partitioning the space 68 and the bent passage part 67, and a second float 71 is provided for opening and closing the communication opening 70.
