PURPOSE: To improve responsiveness of a fuel controller, by connecting a capacitor means for buffering the AC component of an output signal of a hot wire at a portion in a control circuit connecting the fuel controller and a hot-wire flow sensor for detecting the flow rate of intake air, and thereby flattening the pulsating output signal of the hot wire.
CONSTITUTION: A hot wire 2 of a hot-wire flow sensor disposed in an intake passage of a throttle chamber 1 is connected to a hot-wire amplifying circuit 5, and an intermediate point X of a signalling wire connecting the amplifying circuit 5 and a control unit 6 for controlling an electromagnetic fuel injection valve 4 is earthed to the ground via a throttle switch 42 composed of a switching means 40 and a capacitor 41. Here, the throttle switch 42 is interlocked with a throttle valve 3 in the throttle chamber 1. With such an arrangement, when the opening of the throttle valve 3 becomes greater than a certain angle, the switching means 40 is turned ON and the capacitor 41 is connected in the circuit, so that the AC component of the output signal of the hot wire 2 is absorbed by the capacitor 41 and the output signal is converted into a DC waveform.
