PURPOSE: To enable inexpensive production of a fuel feed apparatus of a simple structure, by mounting an upstanding display panel on the top of a fuel feed apparatus and disposing a lighting device thereabove so that the display panel is easily visible.

CONSTITUTION: A thin display panel 5 is mounted uprightly on the top face of a case 1 of an fuel feed apparatus such that both side faces 5a and 5b thereof is directed to the front and rear sides of the case 1, respectively. For instance, the displaying side face 5a indicates names 6 of species of gasolines dealt with in the fuel feed apparatus. A lighting device 7 is disposed 60cm or more above the top face of the case 1. A supporting rod 7a of the lighting device 7 extends along the side edge of the display panel 5 down to the top face of the case 1 and is fixed thereinto. In this case, it is not necessary that the fuel feed apparatus has an antiexplosion structure because the lighting device is positioned 60cm or more upwardly apart from the top face of the case. Since the display panel 5 is arranged approximately at the height of human's eyes, indications on the displaying faces 5a and 5b is easily visible to customers and operators.
