A core member 13 is molded integrally with a pump case 11 and protrudes in the pump case 11. The whole core member 13 is formed into a net shape and a communicating passage 13a formed in each mesh of the net communicates a space on a filter main body 30 side to an inner passage 13b formed inside the core member 13. Since a filter main body 30 can be easily assembled on the pump case 11 without using an adhesive, etc., by surrounding the core member 13 by the filter main body 30, manufacturing cost can be reduced. Moreover, since the core member 13 increases the strength of the filter main body 30, it is possible to suppress the deformation of the filter main body 30 even if the filter main body 30 receives force from fuel flow due to its own pressure loss when fuel passes the filter main body 30.
