Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel gas filling device which can avoid that a temperature of a fuel gas vessel exceeds a specified temperature even when a fuel gas is filled into a small-capacity fuel gas vessel.SOLUTION: A control device of a fuel gas filling device sets an in-vessel pressure increase target line which is temporally increased at a prescribed increase rate until reaching a final target in-vessel pressure, and intermittently fills a fuel gas into a fuel gas vessel so that the in-vessel pressure of the fuel gas vessel is increased along the in-vessel pressure increase target line while acquiring the in-vessel pressure which is detected in a fuel gas flow passage or the fuel gas vessel. Furthermore, the control device sets a filling stop pressure line and a filling restart pressure line, stops the filling of the fuel gas when the in-vessel pressure reaches the filling stop pressure line or higher, and restarts the filling of the fuel gas when the in-vessel pressure is lowered to the filling restart pressure line or lower.
