PURPOSE: To easily, surely and quickly execute the construction/change of a processing system.

CONSTITUTION: Processing is grouped into management processing units 2, 4 to 6, 8, 9 and arithmetic processing units 1, 3, 7 respective units are previously registered in a development environment as components and arranged in intended processing order to prescribe the algorithm of the processing system and necessary constants are assigned to the units to define a series of data processing. Data are arranged by a succeeding processing position determining function of the units 2, 4 to 6, 8, 9 so as to match the data with a succeeding arithmetic condition and the units 1, 3, 7 executes dedicatedly the arithmetic operation of input data. Since respective processing units are connected in optional order permitting overlap, continuous data can be processed at optional length in each processing unit and an output from an optional position can easily be obtained. Thus the constitution/change of the processing system can be easily, surely and quickly attained by the rearrangement, insertion, deletion, etc., of respective processing units.
