PURPOSE: To atomize and gasify liquid fuel in a short time, by providing an electric heater in the liquid fuel further an ultrasonic wave oscillator in the liquid fuel for atomizing and gasifying this liquid fuel.
CONSTITUTION: When an engine is started, temperature of a heat exchanger 7 is not increased yet, accordingly a device conducts an electric current to flow in electric heaters 9, 11 while starts an ultrasonic wave oscillator 10. Then a fuel mist, which is given a fine vibration by a vibrative plate and rapidly heated by the electric heater 9, reaches the boiling point in a short time being atomized further gasified. The auxiliary electric heater 11 more completely gasifies the fuel mist which comes rising up. In this way, fuel vapor of saturated pressure in the atmospheric temperature is generated being fed to the engine via a flow pipe.
