Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel heating device capable of reducing a starting time of an internal combustion engine.SOLUTION: A housing 10 of a fuel heating device 5 has a first side wall 11 and a second side wall 12 facing to each other, an upper wall 15 connected to upper parts of the first side wall 11 and the second side wall 12, and a lower wall 16 connected to lower parts. A connection part 19 of the lower wall 16 and the first side wall 11 is mounted to or near an internal combustion engine with a gravity direction downward. A glow plug 30 is positioned almost at a center of a heating chamber 17 formed in the housing. A fuel inlet 20 is provided nearer to the upper wall than a center position of the first side wall 11. A fuel outlet 41 is provided at an end on a glow plug side of a fuel pipe 40 extending toward the glow plug 30 from the lower wall 16. Thereby, the fuel flowing to the heating chamber 17 from the fuel inlet 20 flows around the glow plug 30 along the upper wall 15 and the second side wall 12, is sufficiently heated, and then suck into the fuel outlet 41.
