Abstract:
To avoid a material buildup portion for preventing deformation of a limiting wall of a high pressure collecting chamber by defining an undercut portion between an outer side of the limiting wall and an external thread ridge, in a region of an indispensable fuel high-pressure conduit connection portion.
This fuel high-pressure accumulator for an internal combustion engine having a fuel supply part of a common rail fuel injection system, has a tubular base body 1, whose limiting wall 19 encircles a longitudinally extending hollow chamber 2, and has many connection portions 8 to 10 for a fuel high-pressure conduit. The fuel high-pressure conduit connection portions 8 to 10 are arranged in a separated relation to the tubular base body 1.
